How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


When will my order be shipped?

After your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before the order has been shipped.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
